A Health Coach believes that the formula for maximum health is by identifying the root cause and the obstacles that may act as a barrier for people to reach their full potential. This can only be identified by looking at the person as a whole and not just the symptoms or the illness.

  • 1:1 online coaching via zoom and telephone

  • In the first month, this is my opportunity as a health coach to know all about you and your current situation. We will cover your strengths, qualities, and skills that you are already putting into practice and the new skills and ideas that you would like to focus on to develop your future health. We are going to get clear on the gap between your present and future reality by using visualization techniques and nurturing the top priorities within the different areas of your life.

  • In month two we will be focusing a lot more on stress management, this must be one of the biggest obstacles that holds us back from reaching our goals. You will be surprised how easy it will be to sustain long term goals once the stresses and challenges have been addressed and you have believed that you can reach the best you have ever felt.

    In this month we will focus on breaking down the barriers that you know are getting in the way of achieving your goals. I will use my expertise and knowledge as a health coach to make sure you have an immense amount of education and support around your nutrition and fitness goals. We will dive deeper into the nutritional changes you would like to cultivate to reach your goals faster.

  • This month calls for deep reflection by reinforcing on the gap of your present and future reality, identifying any remaining blocks and how to tackle them going forward.
